If there was an award for ‘best in creating but not pushing’, I would be the winner. Not because I planned to, but because there was a general lack of will in my bones. I found myself creating content but not sharing it.
We are back on track now, and I have put my hands back on the grass. I was inspired by Blessing Abeng’s newsletter on Josh2Funny’s audition at American Idol. So, here I am.
What has been happening?
We have new family members who have joined the Note Gang. If this is your first time reading an honest note from Doyin, aka me. You are very welcome. The newsletters are about Gen Zs, curating relatable experiences that go beyond pop culture and are more realistic. Stories that have gone outside to touch grass. Welcome onboard!
I finally completed my 100 days of blogging challenge. You see, while I was away from the newsletter, I was working behind the scenes to curate blog posts for honeydropsblog.com and www.thedoyinsola.com, my portfolio website. I won’t bore you with these for now. I’ll tell you soon about this.
I have resumed vlogging, and I have an episode that you will love. You can watch it here.
What to look forward to
I missed you, so definitely more gists are coming. You will love it.
The HoneyDrops tribe is back in action. I will be sharing links on how to join in a way that is convenient for you.
Please subscribe to my YouTube channel. I have a new video on Gen Zs and Starting Something New.
Also, if you are interested in learning more about blogging and content creation, I have something for you here: honeydrops.substack.com
I will catch you up on all the blog posts I have shared so far.
This is a lot to take in, but I am sure we will ease in together again. Once again, welcome to our first-timers. As we love to say, a drop of honey for your day
Great content
Welcome back on track!🤗❤️
