I usually mind my business when it comes to things like this. But you see, if you are on Twitter, you will be aware of everything that relationship Twitter is throwing at us. They don’t stop. Love yesterday. Love today. Love tomorrow. then, just like the inner questions start. God when? God how? God where? Am I a potato?
But like Twitter NG will also say, “Na single you single, you no kill person.”
So to the original question, “Do soulmates exist?”
Well, for me, the answer is yes. I believe in the idea of soulmates, but I don’t buy the idea of ‘The One’. That there is one person out there is meant for just one person. Don’t get me wrong; I believe in monogamous relationships. I am only saying that finding your soulmate is different from finding the one.
To make it more complex, your soulmate can be the one, but the one may not be your soulmate. You see how weird it gets, right?
I also believe that the idea you have about soulmates and long-term relationships shouldn’t be based on what you see on social media. Social media feeds us perfection and the wrong ideas.
What you should do instead
Trust God
Ask your parents
Get a mentor
Ask your religious leaders
Go for counselling
Why don’t I believe in “The One?”
Well, by simple logic, if there is one person meant for you on Earth. What happens to people whose supposed “the one” has died before meeting them? What if you meet “the one” and that one rejects you? Well, I am a Christian before anything else, so the only legit one would be Jesus Christ for me. Then, we can add other humans.
If you are still curious, you should read the latest post on the blog, When Will I Meet My Soulmate?
See, I could have been a therapist, but I chose writing. Writing is also therapy. Don’t let me bore you.
Till I come your way again, a drop of honey for your day.

I agree with you 💯
I don't believe in one "the one"
God has too many children for you to put all you focus on one " the one"
